【工作原理】
分離機由機身、傳動系統、轉鼓、集液系統、進液系統組成。
轉鼓上部與撓性主軸鏈接,底部是阻尼滑動軸承。
密度大的液相形成外環,密度小的液相形成內環,流動到轉鼓上部各自的出液口排出,微量固體沉積在轉鼓壁上,待停機后人工卸出。

Characteristics
It is used to separate various emulsions, especially for liquid-liquid separation with little difference in specific gravity between two phases and liquid-liquid-solid separation with a small amount of magazines.
For example, transformer oil, turbine oil, lubricating oil, fuel oil, dye, grease, saponification, purification of various micropowder materials, SPAN-80 feed liquid, separation of various oral liquids, various liquid medicines, and "920";  Separation of plasma biological drugs and extraction of plasma from animal blood;  Edible oil, Cai pan soaking solution, tea polyphenol, refinement of soybean concentrated phospholipid, oil-water separation and sewage treatment, etc.
 
 
Principle】
The separator consists of a machine body, a transmission system, a rotating drum, a liquid collecting system and a liquid inlet system.
The upper part of the rotating drum is linked with the flexible main shaft, and the bottom part is a damping sliding bearing.
When the equipment works, the rotating drum rotates at high speed around its own axis, forming a strong centrifugal force field.  The material is injected from the liquid inlet nozzle of the bottom liquid inlet system, and the centrifugal force in the rotating drum forces the material liquid to flow upward along the inner wall of the rotating drum and delaminate due to the density difference of different composition of the material liquid.
